lo maximo en todo.
That should say it all. This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at.
I have so many complaints about this place. As soon as we walked in the lobby smelled of roach spray. When we got in the elevator to go to our room you could hear the elevator creek each time one of us got in it. When the elevator closed you could see a gap where the door did not close all the way. It seemed as though the heater was on in there cause it was so hot. The door to the room did not close all the way. The bathroom had dead spiders on the floor, tub and sink. On the way to the gallaria we used the stairs, big mistake. it smelled worse than the lobby did. My daughter sufferes from asthma and she had to practically sleep with her inhaler. The pool was "out of order" when asked when it might be fixed the receptionist said it had already been like that for a while. we complained to the receptionist about the room and were told that we would be charged a full night even though we had only been there a couple of hours. DO NOT STAY HERE.
AC/ heating unit broken, used soap in shower, very loud in halls, staff did nothing about noise on 3 of 4 nights, I was threatened by the guests when I asked them to be quiet, had to ask for coffee every day (usually in rooms), dirty wash cloth used to clean shower left on floor by "house keeping", house keeping knocked on door at 7:50 AM and again at 8:00 AM, front desk seemed unconcerned about my complaints, front desk unable to give cc receipt. I will never stay here again, and have taken the hotel off my companies list of hotels to stay at.
I spent one night in this hotel during a cross-country business road trip with 40 of my employees. The hotel had a foul smell that smacked us in the face as we entered the lobby. A few of members in my party had to change rooms due to issues such as TV's not working, no hot water, A/C not working. One person told me the next morning that there was a hole in the floor of his 3rd floor room. It was covered by the carpet. The water was red and rusty. We were afraid to have the breakfast that next morning because of the water. Long story short....I see a few reviews say the price should've been cheaper.......I feel they would have to pay ME for me to ever stay at this hotel again.
Ok, my original hotel wasn't booked properly and they were full. So our office receptionist booked the Ramada hotel. I was skeptical. I pulled up to the building and it was surrounded by a gate that was not upkept. There were 3 security vehicles in the parking lot if that tells you any thing. I walked in and checked in. The lobby was nice. The elevator looked like it would fall down any second. The gap was so wide in the doors you could watch the floors pass. The other elevator was out of order. I walked into the room and the heater was turned up to about 85 or 90. The hallways smelled like the fish market at the grocery store. I walked in and the room number was on the door with masking tape written with a sharpie. The bathroom didn't seem too bad. It was clean at least. The bed....really couldn't be called a bed. It had a really old bedspread with stains on it. the sheets had cigerette burn holes in it. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet. It had a flat (really old) matteress
